Veneto is home to Italy’s beloved cities of Venice and Verona. Its macroclimates are diverse, from the foothills of the Alps in the north, Lake Garda to the west and the Adriatic Sea to the southeast. As a wine region, its importance is in part due to the volume of Pinot Grigio & Prosecco it produces. However, continued recognition for other wines from the region, such as Valpolicella, Amarone, Soave and Bardolino, help keep Veneto in the spotlight. Tasting of 6 wines.
