Join us at Echelon Wine Bar for Leesburg Restaurant Week and enjoy a special three-course menu for $50 per person, with optional curated wine pairings available for $25 per person.
This year’s menu features a warm crab salad with bok choy, chili crisp, and cilantro; short rib bolognese with rigatoni and parmesan; and crème brûlée with cardamom and strawberries. Each course may be paired with a thoughtfully selected wine to complement the flavors, including Grüner Veltliner from Austria, Lost Creek Cabernet Franc from Virginia, and Royal Tokaji Late Harvest from Hungary.
