Echelon offers an array of private and corporate event offerings. We have a private space that can accommodate cocktail receptions for up to 40 guests, seated luncheons & dinners up to 32 guests, training classes up to 21 students and corporate boardroom up to 18 attendees. We have options for food & wine pairings, wine tastings, team builders, corporate retreats and private wine education classes.

COCKTAIL STYLE
We can accommodate stationed and/or passed hors d’oeuvres. Four (4) passed hors d’oeuvres from our cocktail menu for $20 per person per hour. Culinary displays range from $5 to $15 per person. Pricing does not include wine or non-alcoholic beverages. Available for up to 40 guests.

TASTING SALON - $25 per person / $50 with canapé pairing
The Tasting Salon is a perfect way to enjoy an educational tasting of six (6) wines while networking with colleagues or enjoying time with friends & family. We provide three tasting stations each with a wine educator pouring & explaining wines for your guests. Pricing is for one-hour event. Available for up to 30 guests.

Buffet & Plated Options

BUFFET LUNCHEON/DINNER - $40 per person luncheon / $65 per person dinner
Our seasonal buffet offer some great options for luncheon or dinner. Featuring a choice of salad, side, main entrée and dessert. Available up to 32 guests.

PLATED LUNCHEON - $40 per person three (3) course
Looking for an afternoon with friends to celebrate or an off-site business lunch! Our luncheon is perfect for bridal showers, engagement parties, corporate outings & more! Available up to 32 guests.

PLATED DINNER - $65 per person three (3) course / $90 per person five (5) course
A more formal occasion perfect for rehearsal dinners or a special outing. Add wine pairings for $20 for three (3) pairings or $35 for five (5) pairings. Available up to 32 guests.

CORPORATE PACKAGEs

ALL DAY BUSINESS / $75 per person
Pricing includes private space from 9am - 4pm, continental breakfast & platter luncheon, afternoon snack display, beverage service, screen, projector and flip charts. See space layouts for number of attendees. Buffet luncheon available for an additional $25 per person.

HALF DAY BUSINESS / $40 per person
Pricing includes private space for 4 hours, continental breakfast OR platter luncheon depending on time of day, beverage service, screen, projector and flip charts. See space layouts for number of attendees. Buffet luncheon available for an additional $25 per person.

BLIND TASTING TEAM BUILDER / $50 per person
We start with a presentation from our Wine Director about varietal characteristics and how to assess a wine via color, acidity & tannins. Guests break into teams of 5 to 10 people. Each guest will taste through 5 wines and try to determine the varietal and other characteristics. The winning team gets a bottle of Lost Creek wine for each team member.

INTRO TO WINE CLASS / $40 per person
Have a fun afternoon with your team enjoying a private class led by our certified wine instructors. We learn the basics of wine style, grape varietals, wine regions and how to taste & evaluate wine.

WINE PACKAGES

CLASSIC WINE PACKAGE / $15 per person for first hour and $5 per person for each additional hour
Features a selection of three (3) wines from our classic offering. Table side wine service is an additional $5 per person. Includes soft drink package.

PREMIUM WINE PACKAGE / $20 per person for first hour and $6 per person each additional hour
Features a selection of four (4) wines from our premium offering. Table side wine service is an additional $6 per person. Includes soft drink package.

HOST BAR OR BOTTLE SERVICE / Range $8 to $15 per glass or bottles from our wine list
Features wines by-the-glass available for purchase or we can serve any bottles from our extensive wine list. This feature is a cash bar.

Contract & PAYMENT TERMS

Events are subject to an 18% service charge, 6% Virginia sales tax & 3.5% Leesburg tax. A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to hold the date. Payment terms are 50% due at contract signing and remaining balance due one week prior to the event. Final headcount is due one week in advance. Event may be canceled at anytime. Refunds will not be issued for any payments made prior to the cancellation. Agreements are via e-signature and payments are made on-line via credit card. Food & Beverage minimums may apply.
